A Bit of Nonsense

Just a bit of nonsense going on around here is all.  No. Talmage is not potty trained or even close.  But he has ben telling us, "poo poo" and within minutes will poop in his diaper. We bought him a training potty just to start getting him used to the idea of sitting on it without a diaper. As soon as we hear the magic words we'll strip his diaper off and put him on the toilet.  This particular time just happened to be right before bath time, so he was bare naked.  He sat on there for 5 minutes while attempting to go poop.  He would sit and grunt... don't know where he got that one. Nothing was happening, so he got up and ran away from us. By the time we caught up to him... he was squatting over the carpet in his nursery and doing you know what.  Yep!  No more picking up poop for me.  We decided he wasn't ready yet, so the potty is put away for a later time.  His diaper remains on, until known poop has been pooped in known diaper.  I made it a G rated picture.

So sometimes he goes a little long without getting his diaper changed.

Just kidding. We are not that bad of parents.  We change his diaper often. Trust me!  I was just laughing so hard at this diaper hanging so low.  He was running around and wrestling and when we were getting ready for the bath we noticed how soggy his diaper was.
